We work with many homeowners and real estate investors across the Indianapolis area. With every interaction, we hope to build trust with our customers and exceed their expectations. But the reality in the home services business is that you hear complaints to fix far more than hearing the rave reviews. So, when you get a rave review, you want to share it. This came to us from a real estate investor whose tenant sent this in response to a visit last week:
It seems to be a common occurrence these days where poor customer service is normal and great customer service is rare.
Today I had my faith restored that there are still great companies left out there! The service worker, Chris, that came out went that extra mile to help me and even cleaned up after he was done.
When I had to leave, he even reminded me that I had set out a diet coke to take with me and I was about to leave without it. I’m sure it doesn’t seem like a lot but when I came home and everything was done, cleaned and working perfectly, I thought you should hear the good things instead of issues. Thank you (name omitted) for using such a great company and please tell them I said thank you for taking care of my issue with one call, one trip, and great customer service!!!!
I can’t promise we’ll remember your Diet Coke, but I can promise we’ll make every attempt to go the extra mile.
