“Homesense is the best company I’ve ever dealt with. I first came in contact with them when the a/c unit went out in our house a few months after moving in. I called several places for an estimate- one company wanted $100 to secure an appointment, another said they’d come out in three weeks. Homesense came the next day at no charge. They recommended a new unit, but more importantly, they showed me what was was wrong with my old unit and gave me several options. I never felt like I was being sold- just informed.

“I’ve been a homeowner for 41 years and have never received a written report detailing the results of the annual maintenance visit. In the past I’ve often wonder if it was worth the cost. Did they really do anything or is this just their way of staying visible to the customer so that they will call them if they ever need repairs or a new system? Homesense gave me a written report detailing exactly what was done and how well my new system is performing – which they installed a year ago March at a great price. I can save this report and use it to track how well the system is performing over time – a great idea! Their annual maintenance contract is also priced right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anybody.”

Excellent last minute service provided by Homesense. Their technician even took the time to show me some things with my “nest” thermostat I was struggling to figure out. He spent over 15 minutes sharing some things with me . Highly recommend Homesense!
