Essential Functions
- Assists crew leader in preparing for the day by loading all equipment for scheduled jobs.
- Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
- Supports crew leader in:
- Installing HVAC related equipment.
- Installing Sheet metal duct systems.
- Connecting gas lines to heating equipment.
- Installing the entire outdoor system.
- Wiring both line voltage and low voltage to heating equipment.
- Installing copper refrigerant line to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
- Maintains a clean work area and safeguard client floors by laying drop cloths while performing installations.
- Wears floor savers while working in client homes.
- Inspects area for cleanliness after job completion.
- Completes installation forms which reflect tasks performed for reporting accuracy and future comparison.
- Maintains a professional image at all times by wearing only company approved and provided Homesense apparel
- Following safety policies and procedures.
- Abiding by ALL Homesense standards of performance and code of ethics.
- Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
Requirements
- Climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, crawling, working in confined spaces, pushing/pulling, carrying equipment, bending, turning, kneeling. Capability of lifting 75 pounds.
- Capability to carry items weighing 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and to maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units.

Essential Functions
- Dispatch
- Take incoming phone calls, web submissions, text & email requests
- Discuss service call information with inbound client calls
- Enter data in Service Titan
- Schedule into time window by zones and in order of urgency
- Dispatching for profit- look at schedules based on geography
- Create and improve the process as needed
- Day to day phone contact within field service techs
- Enter warranty information to file warranty claims
- Confirm next day appointments
- Outbound calling to keep tech board filled with 3-5 calls daily
Miscellaneous
- Participant in Weekly Company Zoom or in-person Meetings

Requirements
- Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking, conflict resolution skills
- Self starter and can work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Availability for overtime in the busy season if needed
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Experience with customer tracking software, shared drive, and phone systems

- Experience with Social Media (Yelp, Next Door, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
