Brady

President

Brady is a Shelbyville, Indiana native who graduated from IU Bloomington where he lived in the ATO house. He serves as Homesense President, responsible for all day-to-day operations, and as a Senior Sales Advisor. He joined our team in 2017 and has over a decade of experience in the HVAC industry.

Brady lives in Meridian-Kessler with his wife Crysta. In his free time, he enjoys “Off-Roading” & Camping in his Jeep Gladiator.

Cristina

Marketing Manager

Marketing has been my way of life for more than 15 years. I joined the team at Homesense because they encompass all of the values and honesty that this industry needs.

When I am not marketing and promoting Homesense Heating and Cooling I am spending time with family. We are avid Indianapolis Colts Fans & Love our Indiana Pacers.

Darren

Field Supervisor

Darren is our most tenured team member and Field Supervisor for the Service Department, Darren brings over 20 years in HVAC experience to your home. He takes a methodical approach to his work and homeowners are the beneficiaries. Through a consistent and repeatable process, he ensures you will receive a holistic diagnosis before recommendations are made. No jumping to conclusions. Darren will always go the extra mile for you!

In his free time, Darren enjoys spending time with his wife and son, car restoration, and DIY home projects. For an interesting story, ask him how he first got into the HVAC industry.

Kary

Senior Technician

As one of our longest tenured Senior Service Technicians and a Team Member of the Year, Kary has over 25 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry. So no matter your problem, chances are that Kary has fixed it before.

With his Universal EPA certification, he will get your system fixed and cleaned up quickly so you can get back to more important things. Kary will always be honest with you and communicate clearly.

Chuck

Service Technician & IAQ specialist

Chuck joined our team a few years ago and brings a wealth of industry experience. Having designed full home systems, installed new equipment, and performed technical diagnostics, you’ll benefit from his cross training and knowledge. Where Chuck really shines is communicating the complex in ways that anyone can understand.

As Homesense’s Indoor Air Quality Specialist, Chuck loves to field questions and concerns about indoor air health — a growing area of concern for many Indianapolis area homeowners. Licenses and Certifications: EPA type 1-2 • R410A Certified • Certified Indoor Air Quality Technician

Outside of work, Chuck spends every moment he can with his wife and boys.

Kasey

Service Technician

My name is Kasey Butz. After serving in the army for a few years I decided to get out and join the trades. I completed two years in the Ivy Tech HVAC program and then started working at Homesense.

On my off time I enjoy going on outdoor adventures with my wife, Melanie and my dog, Arlo. I also enjoy going to the colts game with my dad each season.

Andy

Lead Install Technician

Andy is a lead installation technician with the Homesense team. He brings years of experience and an EPA refrigeration certification to your job today. Affectionately called “Pooh Bear” by his Homesense teammates, Andy cares deeply about his craft, regularly seeking out continuing education opportunities in his free time.

When he’s not working, you can find Andy hanging out with his 2-year-old or spending time outside fishing and hiking.

Ben

Lead Install Technician

I’m Ben. I’m an avid Jeep and PC enthusiast. I enjoy anything outdoors from camping, fishing, hiking, and offroading/overlanding. Also, enjoy tinkering with computers. As an HVAC Installer, I like the challenge of every different system that I encounter. In the end I’m a simple guy making my way through the HVAC industry, always learning new ways and techniques of doing things. To provide the utmost quality install.
