Your Role
As a Homesense Plumber, you’ll diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues with care, accuracy, and steady communication. You’ll take the time to explain what you found, what it means, and what a good fix looks like, so homeowners can decide with confidence.
You’ll be trusted to run your calls, supported by a team that respects your time, and backed by training and tools that help you sharpen your craft.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver expert residential plumbing service with professionalism and courtesy
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining what’s needed and why, without pressure
- Maintain detailed job documentation and photos through ServiceTitan
- Uphold safety standards and clean job sites every time
- Participate in ride-alongs, training sessions, and 30/60/90 plus bi-annual review check-ins
- Contribute to team culture through mentorship, kindness, and reliability
- Represent the Homesense brand with pride in appearance, punctuality, and demeanor

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in residential plumbing preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Desire to continuously learn and uphold safety standards
