Your Role
As a Homesense Electrician, you’ll troubleshoot and repair residential electrical issues with a safety-first mindset and a steady hand. You’ll communicate clearly, work cleanly, and help homeowners understand what’s happening so they can make the right call for their home.
You’ll be trusted to work independently, supported by dispatch and CSR teams who respect your time and communication, and equipped with training and tools that help you grow.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver expert residential electrical service with professionalism and courtesy
- Diagnose and repair systems accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining what’s needed and why, without pressure
- Maintain detailed job documentation and photos through ServiceTitan
- Uphold safety standards and clean job sites every time
- Participate in ride-alongs, training sessions, and 30/60/90 plus bi-annual review check-ins
- Contribute to team culture through mentorship, kindness, and reliability
- Represent the Homesense brand with pride in appearance, punctuality, and demeanor

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in residential electrical work preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Desire to continuously learn and uphold safety standards
