Your Role

As a Homesense HVAC Technician, you’ll be part of a close-knit, field-first team that brings the Kind plus Capable standard to life every day. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems with professionalism and precision. Just as important, you’ll help homeowners understand what you’re seeing and what options make sense.

You’ll be trusted to work independently, supported by dispatch and CSR teams who respect your time and communication, and equipped with training and tools that help you grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver expert residential HVAC service with professionalism and courtesy
  • Diagnose and repair systems accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining what’s needed and why, without pressure
  • Maintain detailed job documentation and photos through ServiceTitan
  • Uphold safety standards and clean job sites every time
  • Participate in ride-alongs, training sessions, and 30/60/90 plus bi-annual review check-ins
  • Contribute to team culture through mentorship, kindness, and reliability
  • Represent the Homesense brand with pride in appearance, punctuality, and demeanor
