Michael and Alec tackled two leaks and a completely blocked drain caused by a painter using the sink as a ladder — a tricky job in an 80-year-old home. Michael’s skill prevented what could have been a much worse situation, expertly cutting the pipe and accessing it through the cabinet and wall. Thorough, friendly, and reasonably priced — highly recommended.

“Homesense is the best company I’ve ever dealt with. I first came in contact with them when the a/c unit went out in our house a few months after moving in. I called several places for an estimate- one company wanted $100 to secure an appointment, another said they’d come out in three weeks. Homesense came the next day at no charge. They recommended a new unit, but more importantly, they showed me what was was wrong with my old unit and gave me several options. I never felt like I was being sold- just informed.

Did they really do anything or is this just their way of staying visible to the customer so that they will call them if they ever need repairs or a new system? Homesense gave me a written report detailing exactly what was done and how well my new system is performing – which they installed a year ago March at a great price. I can save this report and use it to track how well the system is performing over time – a great idea! Their annual maintenance contract is also priced right.
