With homes ranging from single story ranches to 10,000 square foot estates, Carmel presents some of the most unique and custom new furnace installations in central Indiana.
The Homesense process starts with a complimentary visit from a design technician who goes through a thorough analysis. This 60-90 minute appointment is critical to ensuring that the solutions provided by Homesense will meet you and your family’s goals. Like any effective process, our outputs and only as good as the inputs we receive, so we want to encourage candor and honesty about all the positives and negatives your previous systems provided.
Once you have a solution in mind, the installation is performed by one of our highly trained and experienced teams. All of our team members are w2 Homesense employees, not subcontractors, which leads to more consistent and more proficient quality.
After the initial work is complete, all jobs are comprehensively reviewed by our senior management team to ensure the high quality expectations of Homesense are met. Quality control is necessary because we never see a furnace installation that’s exactly like another. A second and third set of eyes on a project helps to give peace of mind that the new furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump will last for a long time.
Homesense has many personal connections to the Carmel area. Co-owner Brian Schutt lives near Plum Creek golf course off Hazel Dell. His dad has been a longtime Carmel resident, attending Carmel Christian Church on Main Street across from Carmel High School for over 20 years. And his wife, Tiffany, grew up off 106th St. and attended Peter Rabbit daycare.
Additionally, Homesense is the only HVAC member in one of the areas leading industry groups, the Home Artisans of Indiana, which meets regularly at the Indiana Design Center on Rangeline.
Why do these connections matter? It shows we’re not going anywhere. In an industry that’s known to “take the money and run”, a little bit of longevity has been very refreshing for Homesense clients.
As a Carrier brand Factory Authorized Dealer, the premium brand that most Carmel home owners purchase from Homesense is Carrier. Carrier is known as the inventor of modern air conditioning, but they’re also one of the premium brands on the marketplace for heating as well.
Carrier furnaces are manufactured locally in Indianapolis, as the world’s largest furnace manufacturing plant, on west Morris St. Homesense loves that we can source the highest quality equipment and support the local economy at the same time, all while improving our own supply chain.
Other furnace brands offered by Homesense include Payne, Ducane, Mitsubishi, and Goodman. We can repair all makes and models of furnaces including Bryant, Lennox, Trane, American Standard, Rheem, and Heil, to name just a few.
